1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are an EU consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods — no reasons needed.

To withdraw, message us on Instagram: @thepetseat with your order number and we will send you the return details. We refund the full purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

2. 30-day guarantee

Beyond the legal minimum, every order carries our 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you or your pet are not happy within 30 days of delivery, reach out and we will find a solution — a replacement or a full refund.

3. Condition of returns

Please return items clean and, where possible, in their original packaging. A reduced refund may apply only if the value of the goods is lost through excessive use beyond what is needed to check them.
